Is GOLD GILD Ice Cream Halal?


We do not use pork or lard, however we are still working on getting our production facility certified Halal




How do you ensure Food Safety?


Our production facilities are inspected by the Department of Vetarinary Services of Malaysia, and we fulfil all export/import requirements between Malaysia and Singapore. Each batch of ice cream produced is lab tested and approved prior to exports/imports




What flavours do you have?


We currently produce 3 flavours (Durian, Coconut, and Belgian Chocolate). Stay tuned while we launch more flavours!




What sizes do you have?


We currently sell 2 sizes through our website, which are the 473ml (1pint) and 125ml sizes. To order larger sizes / in bulk, please email us at goldgild@outlook.com





Delivery

How is ice cream delivered?


Delivery is managed by a 3rd-party logistics company that uses freezing technology in their trucks for last-mile delivery




Where do you deliver to?


GOLD GILD online deliveries are currently only operational in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. This page lists the FAQs for Singapore, however, you may find FAQs for Malaysia at the bottom of the page




How long will delivery take?


Customers will be contacted and delivery made within 5 working days of order confirmation




Can I change the timing or delivery address?


Once you have been contacted and delivery is confirmed, timing and address cannot be changed. Kindly ensure that you are present for pick-up, otherwise additional delivery charges will apply for re-delivery.




Do you have store pick-up?


Store pick-up is not an option for now




How do I receive my items?


Temperature readings will be taken at delivery point for quality assurance prior to delivery confirmation




Do you do Free Delivery?


We charge a flat fee of 8SGD for delivery. However, we will absorb delivery charges with a purchase of SGD70 and above





Returns/Exchanges

Can I return / exchange my purchase?


Due to health and safety reasons, returns and exchanges are not permitted once items are out for delivery. Please contact us immediately if you have changes to your purchase, and we will try our best to accomodate if the items are not out for delivery




What happens if there is something wrong with the items delivered?


Immediately email us with: 1. Photo of the product 2. Invoice / proof of purchase 3. Explanation of what is wrong We will investigate the matter and will refund / exchange the product to the equivalent value of purchase.

How do I pay, and is it secure?


We accept credit cards. All transactions on this website are processed using Stripe, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. You can see the transaction is secure if you see a key lock on your web browser.




Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?
